After 3 years of usage my steam started leaking water and got my floor very wet. I thought I might need a new mop but after I changed the filter, the problem's fixed. Just remember always use distilled water, it will last longer.

It's really necessary to change the filter of your steam mop on a regular basis. I didn't do it before but now I see the difference. The mop doesn't leave any streaks anymore on my floors and the result overall is better.

This was a great price for this item. Rather then hitting the stores to find the filter, I just checked Amazon and there it was! This is the first time I've had to purchase a filter forthe steam mop and it won't be the last!
